Every monthly box is a mystery. Exact gemstones, colours, shapes, sizes and combinations will vary.

Each crystal is a unique natural creation. Colours, markings, patterns and inclusions will differ, making every piece completely individual.

Natural crystals may contain small surface marks, mineral deposits, cavities, inclusions or internal fractures. These are natural characteristics rather than faults.

The flash displayed by crystals such as Labradorite and Moonstone changes according to the lighting and viewing angle.

Where Aura-enhanced crystals are included, the natural crystal receives its iridescent colouring through a specialist bonding process. Treated or enhanced pieces will be clearly identified.

CRYSTAL CARE

Handle your crystals carefully and protect them from knocks or drops. Some crystals are softer or more delicate than others, so please refer to any care information supplied.

Avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, water, perfumes and household chemicals. Clean polished pieces gently using a soft, dry cloth. Aura-coated crystals should not be soaked or scrubbed.
