Terms of Service

I am & always will be forever grateful to every one of my customers for supporting my small business.

Luna by Louise will continue to deliver the highest quality crystal products, in the safest environment possible and with this in mind we will only be making one/two post office stops per week, this may cause an additional waiting time but allows me to keep myself, family and working environment for my customers as safe as possible.

By making a purchase, you are stating that you have read and understood all my Policies
Shipping costs include tracking, packaging, and other expenses

Shipping UK & International Orders
I ship from Glasgow, Scotland ♡♡

How long will it take you to ship an order?
Within 1 - 2 Business Days // 2 - 3 During busy periods

Please provide an Email & Tel. Number with your order in "note to seller" for a more effective delivery status Once this information is used by the delivery company to keep you updated with your package - It will then be deleted in line with our privacy policy.

Please Note: If held in Customs, there may be a delay and this is out of my hands - Thank you for understanding **
All Customs Duties are the Buyer's responsibility. Please message me if you have any questions before purchasing **

Addresses
** Please always make sure your shipping address is correct. If packages are lost or returned due to incorrect/insufficient addresses, I will unfortunately not be responsible for this. Packages returned to LunaJewellery.Rocks will be resent at the buyer's expense ❀ It's the buyer's responsibility to check the correct shipping address when purchasing at Checkout.

If the shipment is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the Buyer, or refusal to accept delivery, I will relist the item(s) and refund the item price only.
Once an item is returned to me (Seller) and the Buyer still wants the item, I will gladly resend it to the correct address, providing that the Buyer has bought the item and corrected their address details.

If the Buyer doesn't want the item, once the item is returned to me, the value for the item will be refunded to the Buyer (excluding Shipping costs).
Shipping Cost is the Buyer's Responsibility

Returns & Exchanges

All refunds are issued in the same payment method they were received.
Only once the order/package is "Returned to Sender" you will be refunded your purchase, excluding the shipping cost. This is after the item is back in my possession, I have inspected and confirmed that the item is in its original condition and original packaging materials.

If I made a mistake or sent you the wrong item (I'm only human), please let me know and I will make it right.
I do not replace/refund stolen mail. If your order is marked delivered via the Post Office, you will have to file an affidavit for stolen mail, possibly a police report. To be handled via your post office.


If you are not head over heels about your LunaJewellery.Rocks purchase, you may make a return or an exchange within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, with these conditions met:

  • Return shipping label is postmarked, dated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. 

 If the shipment is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the Buyer, or refusal to accept delivery, I will relist the item(s) and refund the item price only.
Once an item is returned to me (Seller) and the Buyer still wants the item, I will gladly resend it to the correct address, providing that the Buyer has bought the item and corrected their address details.

If the Buyer doesn't want the item, once the item is returned to me, the value for the item will be refunded to the Buyer (excluding Shipping costs).

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges or substitutions are available within 14 days of the return period with prior approval ( Contact us right away ) Shipping costs to return the original item(s) is the customer's responsibility, however, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or replacement product(s) Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items: 

If you receive an incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or apply the credit to your account. LunaJewellery.Rocks must be notified of any damage or incorrect items within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs for replacement products for damaged, missing, or incorrect item(s)

General FAQ'S

Natural Crystals & Stone Product Disclaimer:

Due to the nature of Crystal products we can not Guarantee Colour, Shape or Size, as this is Unique to each Crystal. The Product may look slightly different from the image, due to the nature of the Crystals.


International Plug Disclaimer:

All Plugs provided are for the UK, if you are an International Customer you will need to purchase an Adapter/Converter for your Crystal Lamp for use in your Country.


Are your products and/or materials used natural or man-made?

We have a wide variety of products and materials, so here’s the best and simplest explanation: If it can naturally be found in the world, ours is natural. For example, all our crystals and gemstones are “natural” with a few exceptions:
Coloured Agates – While the agate is natural and mined in Brazil, it does not naturally occur in the vibrant pinks, blues, purples, etc. that many of our agate products possess. These agates are effectively dyed each of these colours. However, the beautiful banding and patterns found in the agates ARE natural, simply brought out during the dyeing process.
Red and Blue Goldstone – Goldstone is a man-made, albeit stunningly beautiful, stone.

Where are your products made?
Our Beautiful Earth! We source products from amazing suppliers all over the globe – from awe-inspiring agate and quartz mines in Brazil to vibrant villages in India to our own studio in Glasgow, Scotland


Customs & Import Taxes

All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. LunaJewellery.Rocks are bound by law to declare the full purchase value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. LunaJewellery.Rocks will not be able to declare a lower value.


Refunds:
